Muddy Tina raises over £1000
for cancer charity
Road Safety Support's Tina Atkins got covered in mud at the weekend and managed to raise over £1000 for Cancer Research.
Tina (above right) took part in the charity's Pretty Muddy event in Basildon on Saturday, which saw her charging across a 5k muddy obstacle course with hundreds of other women.
This year's event was particularly important for IT Support Manager Tina, who entered as a tribute to RSS Director Bill Howes, who passed away last September after a long struggle with cancer.
Tina said: "It was a great day and I got muddier than ever this year! I think Bill was looking down on me laughing.
"Thank you to everybody who has been so generous and sponsored us."
